2007 Dance Ministry Calendar

 Goals:  To enter into worship by knowing dances in unity so we can focus on our worship of  G-d through our body movements & singing (Eph 4:1-7), edify the body of Messiah (1 Cor. 14:12), prophesy through our gift of worship/dance (Ex 15:20, 1Cor.12:4, 14:3,12 ,33), minister to unbelievers(1Cor. 14:24-25)

4 Areas of Ministry

1. Service worship/ Worship Review/Dance Workshops
2. Children’s worship/Specials
3. Special Holiday Dance
4. Outreach Dance

Service Worship:  Time of reverence & worship of G-d during service, open to everyone,  that is culturally respectful of Jewish service.  Not a time of teaching, may help others quietly if doesn’t interrupt the worship of others around you (i.e.: dancers & congregation)

Service Worship Review Sat @ 9am:  Time to review/learn/teach  worship dances open to everyone

Dance Workshops:  In depth dance teaching

Holiday dances: special selected dances for holiday, that require practice & commitment to dance ministry , & certain level of dancing ability

Children’s Worship/Specials:  Ministry /teaching to children re: worship & holiday specials, & direction during service worship in children’s circle or in adult circle

Outreach dance:  Dancers that are committed to dance ministry & reaching out to community through different congregational outreaches

 Mayim/Mayim:  Yeshua is our living water our sustenance, our celebration!!! Is. 44:3, John 4:10, John 7:38
