Immersion Picnic

Immersion is the rite of passage in which a Messiah Follower publicly identifies with Yeshua and the community of Messiah Followers by being immersed in water. In the time of Yeshua, Jewish people participated in a rite of passage called “mikvah” in which a person would be immersed in water for a variety of spiritual purposes such as ritual cleansing and repentance. We immerse people as a testimony of repentance and cleansing. This is what Yeshua commanded us to do. Celebrate afterwards with food and fellowship!
